Quality has no competition. Measurement technology at Schnitzler takes over all steps in dimensional component analysis. It acts as an interface between project management, toolmaking, production and the customer and is involved in the entire process from the feasibility analysis to the first samples to the final sampling.

Schnitzler uses only the most modern measuring methods in its metrology. Components can be measured tactilely, optically and contact-free. Surface and contour measurements are also carried out on your components by our experienced measurement technicians.

Furthermore, all production-relevant additional information about the components is passed on to the toolmaking department to ensure the most efficient tool optimisation possible.

By means of highly accurate scanning technology, functionally important areas can be recorded and counter-worked by using special software. This enables us to realise tight shape, dimension and position tolerances.

The creation of tool correction data and professional analyses of your components and groups ensure the economic integration of the measuring tasks into the process.
